The Walter Family

Tim and Sherry Walter spent their first 13 years of ministry in Thailand as part of a church-planting team in Bangkok. Now, 18 years later, they have been called to return to Thailand once again. They are helping to strengthen and grow existing Vineyard churches, working to facilitate new Vineyard church plants, encouraging and equipping current church leaders, and reaching out to unbelievers. They are excited to take what God has poured into them over the years and share it with the Thai people. They arrived in Bangkok in June of 2024.

The Walter Family has 6 children. Ashlee, with her husband Seth and children Oliver, Maddy, and Mia; Josh, Jon, Abby, and Jaiden, all of whom work and live independently in Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina. Jordan (18) moved to Thailand with Tim and Sherry.

Thailand is less than 1% Christian. As you partner with us, we are praying that together we can see Christians strengthened, new churches planted, and non-believers coming to faith!
