We recently transitioned to a new donation platform called Donately. This update improves reliability, gives you better access to your giving history, and creates a smoother experience moving forward. If you have questions, you’re in the right place.

What's changed?
We moved to a new giving platform (Donately) to improve the donation experience and provide better tools for donors. All new donations are now processed through this system.
Will my recurring donation continue?
Yes. All existing recurring donations will continue as scheduled without interruption.
When can I access my donor account?
If you’ve made a donation on or after March 13, you can access your donor dashboard now. All donors will have access beginning March 30.
What can I do in the donor dashboard?
Once activated, you’ll be able to:
– View your donation history
– Update payment methods
– Manage recurring donations
– Download receipts
Why can’t I see my full giving history yet?
We are in the process of migrating historical data into the new system.
Full giving history will be available in your dashboard starting March 30.
Will I still receive donation receipts?
Yes. All new donations made on our website starting March 13, 2026 will receive email receipts through our new giving platform, Donately.
Recurring donations established before this transition may still receive receipts from our archived system, GiveWP, during this interim period.
